What your site has to provide
This is the part that goes wrong most often, and it is the easiest to solve weeks in advance rather than on the morning. Before you finalize where the trailer sits, walk the spot and check four things.
Firm, level ground
A trailer has to sit level to drain and to feel right underfoot. Soft ground after heavy rain is a real problem.
About five feet of clearance
All the way around the unit, for doors, steps and servicing access.
Nothing overhead
No low branches and no power lines above the placement or the approach.
Power within about 100 feet
An ordinary outlet is enough for units that draw power. If there is none, say so early and we plan around it.
If you are hosting in a public park rather than on private property, you will usually need a shelter reservation or an event permit from the city or the parks department. Those come from them, not from us, so arrange the permit first and we work to its placement and timing conditions.
What we will not tell you it does
Our current trailers are not ADA accessible. We would rather say that here than have it surface the week of your event. If accessibility is a requirement, tell us early and we arrange an ADA trailer through partner companies we work with.

Do these trailers need water and power hookups?
They carry fresh water on board. For units that draw power you need an ordinary outlet within roughly 100 feet. If your site has neither, tell us when you enquire and we will plan around it rather than discover it on delivery day.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you reasonably can. Peak Saturdays between May and October go first. If your date is close, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
What happens if the weather turns?
A deposit reserves your date and the balance is due on delivery. If severe weather affects your outdoor event you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations unrelated to weather, the deposit is held as credit toward a future rental within one year.
