Planning restrooms for your event
You can book the finest trailer available and still get it wrong. Sizing is what separates a restroom nobody mentions from a queue thirty people deep at 9pm.
This page is the short version of the conversation we have with planners every week. Work through it before you request a quote and you will get a far more accurate number back, from us or from anyone else.

Seven things to know before you call
Have these in hand and we can usually size and price your event in one conversation.
What kind of event is it?
An elegant wedding reception, a large corporate event, and a long-term construction site need very different things from the same trailer.
How many guests are you expecting?
The single biggest driver. As a guide, our 3-Station comfortably serves up to 225 and our 5-Station up to 300.
How many hours or days will it be in use?
A four-hour reception and a three-day festival have completely different servicing needs.
Will alcohol be served?
It materially increases restroom traffic. Tell us honestly, and we will size up rather than leave you short.
What percentage of guests are women?
It affects the balance of stalls to urinals, and it is the detail most people forget to mention.
Is electrical service available?
We need an outlet within roughly 100 feet for units that draw power. If there is none, say so and we will plan around it.
Is a water supply available?
Not always required, but it changes the servicing plan on longer bookings.
Roughly which trailer fits
A starting point, not a final answer. Duration and alcohol can move you up a size.

What the site needs
Placement is the thing most likely to cause a problem on the day, and the easiest to solve in advance. Before you finalize the layout, check for:
- Firm, level ground the trailer can sit on
- About five feet of clearance all the way around
- No low branches or power lines overhead
- An outlet within roughly 100 feet
- A permit, if you are in a public park or on city property
If you need assistance, or would just like to talk through your needs before reserving, call (317) 284-9942 and one of our Pro Event Planners will be happy to help.
