Restroom trailer rental questions, answered
The things hosts and planners actually ask us before booking: what it costs, what fits, what we need on site, and what happens if the weather turns.
If your question is not here, call (317) 284-9942 and talk to a person. We would rather answer it properly than have you guess.
Pricing & booking
How much does it cost to rent a restroom trailer?
Restroom Ranch rentals start at $1,420 per event for the 2-Station, $1,749 for the 3-Station, and $2,199 for the 5-Station.
Your final quote depends on trailer size, date, how long you need it, and location. Every quote is all-in: delivery, professional setup and pickup are included, with no hidden fees.
How do I get a quote for my event?
Send us your event date, location, estimated guest count and any specific requirements, either through the quote form or by calling (317) 284-9942. We will come back with a recommended trailer and a clear all-in price.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you reasonably can. Our trailers are in high demand during peak event season, and dates go first for Saturdays between May and October. If your date is close, call us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and electronic bank transfers. Specific payment details are confirmed during booking.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to cancellations due to acts of nature, pandemics, and any weather conditions. If the event must be canceled or rescheduled, we will do our best to reschedule on another date within 6 months to ensure your deposit is used toward rental equipment.
Availability of equipment cannot be guaranteed, and the deposit will be forfeited if not used within the same calendar year. If the equipment is dropped off at the event and installed, full payment is due upon successful installation.
The trailers
What is an executive restroom trailer?
An executive restroom trailer is a high-end, portable restroom facility designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable restroom experience for events. Restroom Ranch offers a range of meticulously designed trailers that combine opulence with convenience.
In practice, it is the difference between a plastic cabin and a real room: flushing porcelain toilets, running water at full vanities, hardwood-look flooring, mirrors, interior lighting and climate control.
How many guests can your trailers accommodate?
Our trailers come in three sizes. As a working guide, the 3-Station comfortably serves up to 225 guests and the 5-Station up to 300. The 2-Station suits smaller, more intimate gatherings.
Guest count is only part of it. Event length, whether alcohol is served, and the proportion of women attending all change the answer. Tell us those and we will right-size it for you rather than upselling you.
What amenities do your trailers offer?
Air conditioning and heating, high-end finishes, spacious interiors, vanity areas with running water, mirrors, and interior lighting. Each trailer is designed to provide a premium restroom experience in any season.
Are the restroom trailers wheelchair accessible?
Our current trailers are not ADA accessible. We would rather tell you that up front than have it become a problem on the day.
We do partner with other companies whose ADA trailers we can bring in for your event. If accessibility is a requirement, say so early and we will arrange it.
Can I customize the trailer for my event?
Yes. Every event is different, and we will work with you to match the trailer to your event's theme and requirements.
How is cleanliness maintained during an event?
Every trailer is deep cleaned and sanitized before it leaves us. During longer events our team conducts regular checks and cleanings so the facility stays in the condition your guests first saw it in. We use top-quality cleaning products and follow rigorous protocols.
Delivery, site & permits
Where do you provide your services?
Restroom Ranch is based in Westfield, Indiana and offers nationwide service. We serve the Indianapolis metro and Hamilton County most often, and we deliver further afield for events that need us.
See our city pages for Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Sheridan, Fort Wayne, Evansville and Terre Haute.
What do you need on site to set up?
Firm, level ground, roughly five feet of clearance around the trailer, no low branches or power lines overhead, and an outlet within 100 feet for units that need power.
If you are not sure whether your spot works, call us and describe it. We would much rather solve placement on the phone than in your driveway on the morning of the event.
Do I need a permit?
For an event on private property, such as a backyard wedding, graduation party or family reunion, you generally do not.
For an event in a public park or on city property, the venue usually requires a shelter reservation or event permit, and larger gatherings almost always do. Permits are issued by the parks department or city, not by us, so secure yours in advance. Tell us where the event is and we will work to your permit's placement and timing conditions.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We coordinate delivery ahead of your start time so the trailer is leveled, stocked and staged before your first guest arrives, and we handle takedown afterwards. Delivery, setup and pickup are included in your quote.
