What does a restroom trailer rental actually cost?
Published prices, the five things that move your number, and how to tell two quotes apart.

The short answer
Restroom Ranch rentals start at $1,420 per event for the 2-Station, $1,749 for the 3-Station, which serves up to 225 guests, and $2,199 for the 5-Station, which serves up to 300. Those are starting prices for central Indiana, and every one of them is all-in: delivery, professional setup and pickup are included, with no separate line items added afterwards. What changes your final number is trailer size, your date, how long you need the trailer and where the event is. Nothing else gets added quietly at the end.

Per event, not per hour
A lot of people search for a day rate, because that is how the standard portable toilet business prices things. Restroom trailers do not work that way here. Our published figures are per event, and a one-day wedding on Saturday is quoted as one number rather than as an hourly meter running from the ceremony to the last dance.
Multi-day events are quoted for the days you need, and the servicing that goes with them. If you are running a three-day festival, the trailer needs attention between days, and that belongs in the quote rather than in a surprise invoice. Whatever the arrangement, get your quote in writing before you pay anything. The written quote is the number that counts.
Five things that move your number
None of these are upsells. They are the real variables, and you can work out roughly where you sit before you ever call us.
Guest count, which sets the size
The 3-Station comfortably serves up to 225 guests and the 5-Station up to 300. Event length, alcohol service and the mix of guests all shift that, which is why our sizing guide exists.
Your date
Saturdays between May and October are the busiest dates we book. A Tuesday in March is a different conversation from the first Saturday in June.
How long you need it
One day, a weekend, or a full week of a county event. Longer bookings add servicing visits, not just days.
Where you are
Delivery is included inside our service area. Further out is still possible, and we say so in the quote rather than after delivery.
What your site can provide
Firm, level ground, roughly five feet of clearance and an outlet within 100 feet for units that need power. A site missing those is solvable, but it has to be solved in the planning, not on the morning.
Why one quote looks cheaper than another
Two quotes for the same trailer can sit hundreds of dollars apart and still be honest. Usually the gap is in what has been left out of the cheaper one. Before you compare the totals, make both companies answer the same six questions.
- Is delivery included, and to this address specifically?
- Is setup and leveling included, or billed as labor?
- Does the trailer arrive stocked, and who restocks it?
- For a multi-day booking, how many servicing visits are in the price?
- Who actually delivers it, the company you are paying or a subcontractor?
- What are the payment and cancellation terms, in writing?
That last one catches people out. Ours is plain: all payments are non-refundable, including cancellations due to acts of nature, pandemics and any weather conditions. If your event has to be canceled or rescheduled, we will do our best to reschedule on another date within 6 months so your deposit is used toward rental equipment. Availability of equipment cannot be guaranteed, and the deposit is forfeited if not used within the same calendar year. What is not in the price
Permits. If your event is on public property, the shelter reservation or event permit comes from the city or the parks department, not from us. We work to whatever placement and timing conditions they set. Our permit guide covers who to call.
An ADA trailer. Our current fleet is not ADA accessible. When accessibility is a requirement we arrange a trailer through partner companies, and that is quoted separately. Ask early, not the week of the event.
Power where there is none. Most sites have an outlet within 100 feet and that is the end of it. Sites that do not have one need a plan, and the plan is cheaper when it is made in advance.
Where these prices apply
We are based at 17406 Tiller Ct in Westfield, Indiana, and most of our work is in the Indianapolis metro and Hamilton County. We publish the same starting prices for Indianapolis, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville and Sheridan. For events further out, including Fort Wayne, Terre Haute and Evansville, the trailer is the same and the travel is part of the quote.

No. Delivery, professional setup and pickup are included in the quote within our service area, and the trailer arrives cleaned, leveled and stocked. Events outside the service area are still possible, and the travel is shown in the quote.
Why is a June Saturday more than a March weekday?
Demand. Saturdays between May and October are the dates that go first, so they are the hardest to hold and the first to sell out. If your date is flexible, an off-peak date is the simplest way to spend less.

Is a restroom trailer worth it over standard portable toilets?
